Growing up watching my father develop large real estate projects and my mother doing all of his interior design, it seemed an obvious choice to become my husband Terry’s contractor when he decided to start investing local homes in disrepair. I already had many of the skills, and those I didn’t have I was willing to learn. Since our first renovation job was our own, we knew how essential it was to beat both the timeline and pricing other contractors gave us.
The results were better than we could have imagined, so I shifted my career. I got hired by a local construction company, passed my licensing, renovated more homes, condos, and commercial spaces, and then opened Cayman Construction Group in 2018. Now, years later, we are known as one of the most honest, reliable, and trustworthy contractors in the Tampa Bay area.
